Writing as a hobby is a pensive, expensive affair. And the better the writer, the lower their hourly rates. Hence I walk up and down to your friendly neighbourhood tech-park each weekday, because the pretense of doing something important keeps food on my table, and words on this website.
If you have a better plan, I am all ears.
I edit Wikipedia in my free time, especially articles focusing on literature.
